What this service is, how deals are agreed, and what to check before you travel.
The service
Casino Hotels & Travel arranges hotel stays, transfers and tournament registration for poker players at UKGC-licensed casino venues. We are a travel and hospitality service — not a bookmaker — and we offer no gambling products of our own. This site is for adults aged 18 or over.
Player rates and comps
Discounted and complimentary rates are agreed with each casino host based on the play level you describe to us, and every deal is confirmed in writing before you travel. Rates, perks and availability shown on this site are illustrative and change with the venue's calendar. The final decision on any comp rests with the venue.
Cancellation and payment
No card details or deposit are taken to hold a room. Rooms are held on the host's account and can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival unless your written confirmation says otherwise. Any charges you incur at the venue are between you and the venue, on their terms.
Venue policies change
Opening hours, amenities, entry policies, dress codes and gaming offerings change without notice. Each venue sets its own entry and membership rules, and photo ID is commonly requested. Confirm current details with your host before travelling.
Responsible gambling
Casino gaming is entertainment, not a way to make money. You must be 18+ to enter UK gaming floors. Set limits, don't chase losses, and if gambling causes harm, free confidential help is available from BeGambleAware.org, GamCare and Gambling Therapy.
